Summer Camp – Camp Shining Stars
Epilepsy Foundation Louisiana and MedCamps partner each summer to provide a residential camping experience, free of charge, to children living with epilepsy. EFL helps fund this opportunity for children with epilepsy. MedCamps' Camp Shining Stars will be held June 25-30, 2017 this year. Seize the Road Bike Tour + Epilepsy Awareness Family Day
Epilepsy Foundation Louisiana will host its 12th annual bike tour, Seize the Road, October 7, 2017 in Benton, LA. Seize the Road offers cyclists a 12, 26, 42, 57, or 70 mile route. This event is a wonderful community awareness day for North Louisiana. The money raised from the event allows the foundation to educate schools, corporations and government entities, provide services to those living with epilepsy, and help raise public awareness. Epilepsy Awareness Month
Epilepsy Awareness Month, held every November, is a month long campaign dedicated to bringing awareness to epilepsy and advocate for those with this disorder and the challenges they face every day. With the goal of increasing awareness, Epilepsy Louisiana participates in Epilepsy Awareness Month by hosting events throughout Louisiana and encouraging others to do the same! THE Soirée – New Orleans Gala
Epilepsy Alliance Louisiana invites you to participate in its 3rd annual gala in New Orleans, a fundraising event to support services in Louisiana. THE Soiree will be held Sunday, October 20, 2019 at Audubon Tea Room in New Orleans. Epilepsy Louisiana is hosting its 5th annual golf tournament on October 21, 2019 at Audubon Park Golf Course in New Orleans. Many local restaurants and businesses are involved to make this a great event. The money raised from the event allows the foundation to educate school personnel, corporate and government employees, provide services to those living with epilepsy, and help raise public awareness. Cornament – Shreveport Cornhole Tournament
Fun with bags and brews at Epilepsy Alliance Louisiana's Cornament – a Cornhole Tournament benefiting epilepsy services in Louisiana! Join us on Friday, November 1, 2019, at Great Raft Brewing in Shreveport. This entertaining and competitive event will feature a Cornhole tournament, food and drink specials, music, trash talking and prizes. Entry fee includes tournament admission and beer for the night. Virtual Seize the Day 5K
